In 2015, the CSHF announced a partnership with the National Music Centre (NMC) in Calgary, whose $190–million, state-of-the-art facility within Studio Bell is the permanent physical home of the Hall of Fame. CSHF collections and exhibitions, along with those of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame, are featured on level five of Studio Bell, a floor entirely dedicated to celebrating and recognizing Canadian music creators and artists who have left their mark on this country and beyond.
The National Music Centre (NMC) is a national catalyst for discovery, innovation and renewal through music. In their new home at Studio Bell, they preserve and celebrate Canada’s music story, and inspire a new generation of music lovers through programming that includes on-site and outreach education programs, performances, artist incubation, and exhibitions.
